locking in rates,generally here you have to have done it already..Usually, you can lock in your Winter heating oil price,but have to agree to purchase a minimum of 500gals..DD

Southern Union Gas,SUG, based in Central Texas stated two months ago that we should expect 20% higher bills this winter. And we are in the middle of the gas fields and SUG does not have to pipe the gas very far. I am not suprised that you should expect 40% increases.
