Calls for Redemption of Its Class A Warrants SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 1999--Titan Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (AMEX: TTP, TTP:WS) today announced that it has called for redemption of its outstanding class A warrants, at a price of $.05 per warrant. Each class A warrant is exercisable prior to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), on November 19, 1999, for one share of Titan's Common Stock at an exercise price of $6.02.
