Oh dear, I'm sorry Rambi, I had to leave before I read your post, I hope yours wasn't a fitful night...

I'm reading a "diet" book based on blood type....I haven't gotten all the way thru it yet, but apparently I've been eating a diet way too heavily laden with carbohydrates and not enough protein. It sounds a bit like the "Zone" but with less fat and more vegetables. The meats that are listed on my preferred diet list red meat, liver(yuck), mutton, buffalo and venison. Those were considered "highly beneficial" Of course, the guy says I have to find free range beef, etc....I saw a dead deer on the side of the road the other day, and was tempted to go back an look for it.... LOL

I just bought some T-bone steaks and said the heck with it.
