It appears to be a Nasdaq problem that's been around since July.

M Viet observed "...while bid & ask prices seemed to be coming through fine on my quote sheets, the trade prices were delayed by a couple of minutes."

Nasdaq has two feeds - one for trades and one for quotes (bids and asks). Trades are history. Quotes are where it's at. Nasdaq gives priority, during heavy traffic times, to the quotes feed. Also, trades may be reported late when executed at the burgeoning bloom of ECNs. So - watch the quotes at market Open.
