Oh, come on, Nihil. I hope you're pulling my leg. I may be a coward, but the moments before induced for general anesthesia are scary, IMO. You're in a brightly lit room with hard, glossy surfaces, lying on a small, very hard table, surrounded by crowds of people wearing strange garments, and all kinds of bizarre looking objects and implements. I think it takes guts to be able to joke at a time like that.
