How can they find any faults if their not doing a complete investigation. When I talked SEC they didn't ask me about anything... they just wanted me gone. I also think they could care less about any recovery unless their getting the money... as for time, if they need more than two years maybe they need to be looked into.

Actually my experience with these federal agencies is that unless you hand them something on a silver platter they will not do anything. As is the case here. The only exceptions to this are when publicity is possible (in high profile cases, celebrities etc). The other exception is when political gain/favors need to be paid.

This may seem cynical but it is also very realistic.
