"The company plans to file a Form 10 or an SB2 subsequent to the completion of the audits." Thanks for the timely post Spark. Tony Cataldo hinted at this in his telephone speech. So, I am not surprised at anything in the news release. "First Miracle Group's Chief Executive Officer Tony Cataldo commented, "We are near completion of the audits for both First Miracle and the Entertainment Internet and the merger is proceeding as planned." The company plans to file a Form 10 or an SB2 subsequent to the completion of the audits."
