Interesting info on CLIC from WSJ article: ...analysts said investors were attracted to Calico because of an agreement the company has with Andersen Consulting. Andersen, which plans to make a $4 million investment as part of the IPO, is integrating Calico's software into its business consulting operations. Two big Silicon Valley venture capital firms also backed the company. Mayfield Fund owns a 17.5% stake while Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers owns 16.4%. Fred
