Update: On October 4, both the Equity Committee and the LGE/Zenith lawyers submitted their written closing arguments to Judge Walrath. My lawyer has attempted to reschedule our motion to lift the automatic stay since he will be on an overseas assignment on October 21, the original date scheduled. We are awaiting the date confirmation from the court. As you know, this is a high profile case with likely national and international implications and repercussions. Hopefully, the Department of Justice and the SEC are investigating the many allegations discussed on here and elsewhere prior to a final bankruptcy court decision.
