James- as we previously guestimated, with the Matchewan (MATN-COATS), other McCloskey and PP deducted from the ~8.5 mln shares OS, this leaves the "free float" at about million or so shares. Or do we need to update this figure?

Thus when the litigation is finally settled, the leverage will be above average. So while I'm infuriated with the protracted litigation, they're not getting my shares as long as I can help it!
