If Christians scarcely be saved where shall the sinner stand when they face an angry God who hates sin? Did you never read in the Old testament where about 50 children mocked the man of God? He turned and cursed them and immediately two she bears came rushing out of the woods and ripped every one of them to pieces! I'm sure the parents blamed the prophet but in reality they shouldn't have been so foolish as to have raised their children in that manner. That is just one example of how jealous God is over his people, and if He's that jealous over His people I wonder what the end result will be for those who mock His very person and despise His written word? God is Holy and though he works in mysterious ways He is, was, and will always be in full control of every thing. I'm sure that if you put the blame on him for allowing those people to die during that shooting he would accept all charges! Nevertheless, where will you soul be found the day after JUDGEMENT? Walking the streets of gold or burning for all eternity in the lake of fire? Though God is slow to anger and full of tender mercies to those who will repent and submit to His will and purposes he is a consuming flame and horrible in his judgments to the scoffer and unbeliever!
