Dan,

All things vibrate at a certain level and are in motion. A huge boulder that you see standing in front of you is moving violently at the molecular level. Everything vibrates. The slower the vibration, the more dense the matter, the faster the vibration, the less dense. There are several factors that can also influence the vibratory speed, like heat for instance. I had heard(don't know if it's true) that emotion effects the vibratory speed to some degree also. I am not a scientist, but I am sure that the cosmos would also have some level of vibratory speed. All energy does, so if there is a God, he would also have a vibratory speed.
