I listened to the CC again to go over some issues that were raised in the past couple of days:

1. Gross Margins: As Mani posted, 28% up from 23% (reported by CFO).

2. The sale of the Communications Group does not include the following: communication chips used in southbridge applications; 3rd generations telephone and wireless chips and the embedded processor business. Networking products do go with the sale.

3. Someone reviewed the reduction of cash to $377 mil, indicating a daily burn rate of $1.2; however, in the reduction of cash there was a one time paydown of the Bank of America credit facility of $87 mil. My calculations indicate that without that paydown, the daily burn rate is actually about $200,000 to $250,000. Not good but certainly much better than $1.2.

4.One last thing, Sanders clearly said they expect to produce 1 mil Athlon chips in Q4.
