Do you have any substance to base your takeover rumor or does the dropping of the price just "smack" of it? I thought it was because of the secondary offering and where the Banc valued their shares.

USABancShares.com @ $6/share now qualifies as one of those screaming deals... as a matter of fact, I just recently doubled my position. I also have recently taken on some new endeavors that will command my attention away from daily discourse on SI. I now silently remain one of the strongest advocates of USAB's business plan.
