Mark -- Regarding Amati's sale to TI, it was the best move at the time. Yes, it would have been fantastic to have an Aware-like run, but I doubt any of us could have survived another trip to the single digits that Aware experienced last October. As for Williams, I like the company's solid history and its alliance with SBC. It's also a great space --- selling fiber to other carriers --- so I figure the downside is limited. Good to see you again and good luck on getting DSL! Pat
