Reginald, Contact AOL and tell them you were once a big Microsoft bull. That will score a lot of points. <ggg>

A free Office suite would probably cater to those that would not have bought MS Office in the first place. These people would have just borrowed it from work and loaded it on their home computer (illegally of course). Now with free products, they don't have to break the law.
Of course there are others who won't ever load it illegally and won't pay up for MS Office. That is another possible market the ISPs can crack.
