I've had a cablemodem since January. I can't imagine going back to the horse and carrige (phone modem). AOL had better get their act together and go broadband, or they will be left on the trash heap of history.

[TFSM, DCLK, etc.] . . . . . . . . . . .Anal-ysts. . . LOL!!

Audio: 24/7 Media Downgraded to Buy by C.E. Unterberg Towbin

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 7 1999 3:54 PM EST

(ON24 via COMTEX)--C.E. Unterberg Towbin downgraded 24/7 Media Incorporated from a Long Term Buy to a Buy rating on Thursday.

----
NOTE: An anal-yst was on CNBC yesterday stating TFSM was WAY overvalued here. . . . .and it drove the price down 7.43% down 3 1/4 to 40 1/2. I would love to see the books on various brokerage houses to see the time they LOADED UP WITH SHARES of TFSM!!

WATCH THIS. . . .

CBS MarketWatch Last Update: 9:09 AM ET Oct 8, 1999:

--9:09 am 24/7 Media jump on reports of DoubleClick interest 24/7 Media shares (TFSM: news, msgs) soars 7 1/8 to 47 5/8 and
DoubleClick (DCLK: news, msgs) slips 3/8 to 131 1/2 in pre-market
trading over the Island ECN. Citing unnamed industry sources, the
Silicon Alley Reporter Web site reported that the two were negotiating
a deal that would value 24/7 at $1.5 billion, or about a 50 percent premium to Thursday's closing share price of 40 1/2.

This is why investors are turning to these boards and ignoring anal-ysts. . . because we are sick and tired of being lied to and fooled.

Now here are some UNBIASED views:

MMPT should start waking from its slumber today. I am very bullish on them in the longer term, as interest comes in on a sympathetic takeover. . . There aren't that many internet advertisers to begin with. . . .If DCLK takes TFSM, and CMGI takes FCST and ADFC, who does that leave? MMPT and ENGA and, uh, uh. . .gee, I am out of names. Get the picture?

MMPT is nearly as big as TFSM and could become the crown jewel in CMGI's crown. . . but DCLK is cash/stock rich and has only to lose if they don't get aggressive. Buying TFSM is very aggressive. Looks like there will be 2 major advertisers. . .like Coke and Pepsi. And don't think these two giants will ignore MMPT or ENGA. They will be next.

Sorry for offending anal-ysts so much. . . .just show me some integrity, and I'll show you respect.

Disclosure: I do NOT own MMPT or TFSM at this time. I do own ADFC.
