Looking at level 2, there is a HUGE trade imbalance, with gigantic blocks for sale. Insiders and VCs have filed to sell 15 million shares in the next 30 days, which is roughly equivalent to the total outstanding float. Massive dilution. The recent pumps by the brokerages who are helping them sell these shares is over, and now the carnage begins. If this stock ever opens, we could see 120 by next week.

Interesting to see that "sell to whom" is in the works for Fleabag (at least it appears that way as the stock is not open for trading and they keep lowering the B/A)

What is the deal there? Looks like about 50,000 shares traded around 150 but then the bid ask is way down around 146 3/4. The volume should be way higher - couldn't be a halt on could there?

Just noticed that a lot of the giant blocks for sale just disappeared from my level 2 screen. Looks like the MMs realized there were no buyers and didnt want to walk the stock down 10 points.

But now everyone knows those shares are there and ready to be sold into any strength. This stock is cooked.
