Dear Chuck, Since TSIG.com is not yet generating positive cash flow, it is premature to consider a share buyback program, but we are looking forward to a good fourth quarter and agree that the stock has a low market cap for an Internet company. We are constantly making minor changes to the myMusicCard site, and realize the necessity to have a state-of-the-art site. I cannot discuss any financing proposals that are under consideration. However, I can say that, as a director, my overriding concern in considering any financing proposal would be to protect and enhance the interests of the shareholders of TSIG.com. Finally, I would add that we very much appreciate the patience and support of you and your fellow "long-suffering shareholders." We could not have made it this far without you! Regards, Paul Henry
