Joe Copia. Greetings to the thread and hope all is well.

I see you like VMAX.. So do I. I have been long and strong on this stock for about 4 months now. Have seen it go past .35 - 3 times since, and back to .20 on low volume.

This company seems to be giving us news after the fact, which is nice, because it tells me that they are NOT trying to move stock value up in adavance of growth.

I believe this sets the standard difference between a company that is real and strong versus one that needs share value for themselves versus the common public investor.

VMAX is supporting its investors through growth, and tells us about it after the fact. Recent news seems to be telling between the lines and this leads me to suspect that there is more than meets the eye.

I am long with a few large investors and we have all opined projected revenues and earnings with exponential growth targets and with public knowledge, and growth in store count of 100 % ( 50 store to 100 ), we have projected earnings to be around 3 million bucks annually.

If they acvhieve this growth model as has been described, we will have us an excellent mid to long term hold in a company earning .05 to .10 per share for fiscal 2000 in the Banking Sector.

They currently have more than 12 million in Revenues through August of 99 and I estimate their net profit to be around 14% with current 50+ stores. This can qualify them for NSC listing if they are not aquired by ACE in advance.

Glad to see your interest and I value the opportunity to share my thoughts and opinions. This stock may be the best kept secret until this point.

IMHO.

good luck
