"Management Team Realigned to Meet Strategic Initiatives"

Does EINI need to update its web site or is it failing to meet the strategic plans for which it realigned its management team?

"The Entertainment Internet, Inc. is the parent company of CastNet.com" The web site does not mention any other subsidiaries, but claims "Speedy Growth Through Strategic Acquisitions."

What ever happened to these acquisitions:

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 17, 1999 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Internet, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EINI - news) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire the shares of Talidan Ltd. of the British Virgin Islands, a wholly owned subsidiary of Carnegie International Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CAGI - news). Consummation of the transaction is subject to board of director approval and due diligence by both parties. Talidan is engaged in the business of creating call traffic for small, international telephone carriers through public promotion of information and entertainment services?

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 24, 1999 /PRNewswire/ -- The Entertainment Internet (OTC Bulletin Board: EINI - news) has entered into today, February 24, 1999, a letter of intent describing the proposed acquisition by T.E.I. of Cybersapien Entertainment, a Delaware corporation engaged in the business of state-of-the-art digital video and 3-D animation modeling. Cybersapien also creates proprietary, patented, and trademarked games for internet use.

Did the strategic plan change? If it did there has not been an announcement. Did their acquisitions just fail. If they have failed there have not been any announcement? at least not on the www.eini.net web site.

Did due diligence kill those deals?

If you take those deals and combine them with Castnet.com and MVEE would you be happy to own shares in that diversified company?

Would this simply be mergers of four companies that have not proven that they know how to successfully run their prospective businesses?

I don't know. What's your view?
