This is from the Bloomburg article announcing the downgrade:

"Since then (June 8th, when the stock began to retreat), Schwab is down 36 percent, while the S&P is flat and the S&P Investment banking and brokerage index has fallen 20 percent."

It seems that we could be forming a bottom in the low 30's but I'm not a very good TA person, could someone confirm this? Also, a 36% decline would make SCH oversold in my book and that's why I bought in recently....
I agree with Dalin that this is just Schwab bashing and trading volume is definitely not their only revenue stream. Besides going to extended hours in November, they also get a piece of Fidelity's new extended hours trading.
