Yes, CDE picked up the other half of Silver Valley Resources, and is now about 20% owned by ASARCO. I think ASARCO also picked up CDE's holdings of PAAS in the deal.

The following are off the top of my head, but CDE does about 300K OZ AU (call it $90M) and 11M oz AG ($60M), so CDE would be about 60AU/40AG. If silver production went up 50%, they would be about 50AU/50AG.
