I complain to NASD regulation.

Call Terry Presmont @ 301-590-6687

It took me one year but I finally settled with NFSC out of court.

Good luck !

Let's start a NITE $ucks thread!

Several weeks ago I tried to buy 1,000 of a very liquid OTCBB stock at the market ($5.50) when news came out. My broker was Discover. It took NITE 13 minutes to fill my order @ $6.125 , despite the fact that over 300,000 shares traded in the interim. The Discover rep called NITE. They claimed that there were several market orders in ahead of mine which caused the delay, yadda, yadda, yadda and they would not alter the trade. They also said that they can not guarantee timely execution in fast moving markets for BB stocks. I could see this being a problem for illiquid BBs, but not for a stocks trading over 2 million shares in one day!
