Make sense now?

Not for me, Mike. 44 is just TOO ridiculous a number. I hope you're right, but i can't fathom collusion on that scale.

The fact that a given brokerage house can not deliver certificates does not mean that that house is itself short Medinah. Rather it suggests that there might be a composite (and, to me, presumably more concentrated) short position sufficiently large to cause a shortfall in total certificates big enough to effect many houses.

It is very possible that the net client position (and house position, if any) at many of those 44 houses is in fact long.

*ANYONE WITH DTC INFO...???
Would it be a company committed to settle this on going perennial problem. A call to their
DTC would give the structure of the total stock holding and from looking at the SEC.
trade records one could come very close to the total numbers of any over sell or short!

The point is who can get the responding firm to give up the DTC numbers?????

It would also show the totals for restricted etc. If it would stop the guessing game why not
enamor us with the numbers???

Mike, the very first question at the AGM is why this company continues this kinda crap, can you believe not only did Patagonia put this in there release, but MDHM had the nerve to put it on there website...this is going on six weeks ago, and of course there will be no news on this come the AGM either

WHAT?s LIKELY TO HAPPEN NEXT ??

The next key milestone for Medinah Mining is going to be the release of the GeoDatos geophysical survey results ? news is anticipated within the next few days.
