Princeton chief pleads not guilty to securities fraud ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The chairman of Princeton Economics International Ltd. (PEI) pleaded not guilty Thursday to securities fraud charges over the sale of so-called Princeton Notes to foreign investors. Martin Armstrong told a New York district court which began hearing in the morning that he believes in his innocence regarding the 14 counts of conspiracy to commit securities and wire fraud.
