I knew about the WinCE part. I had just never thought about the Citrix side of it. Opens up all kinds of interesting possibilities.

CE in cable boxes is a done deal. This is the quid pro quo of the earlier huge MSFT investment in AT&T. Remember that AT&T bought huge cable holdings and is one of the largest cable operators.
