We were neither lying to anyone nor incompetent! The audit is being finished as we speak and the forms for submission to the SEC is being prepared. We didn't make the deadline. However, don't count us out. We have a good company that will only get better and bigger with time. The true way to evaluate Beacon Light is from this past May to today. We look at our current status as a short term obstacle and no more.
