Hi DesertRatl , There has been a standing rumor for quite some time that several investment sources with deep pockets want to buy into FNTN but ONLY after FNTN becomes an "official" filing SEC company.

If this rumor is true , it might provide us with a reason for the wait you and Barbara have mentioned.
