>given their past history, i would never do business with any prudential company.

A few years ago, 1995 or so, I worked with a person with a young son (25 or so) that was a broker with Pru. The son was wondering how long it took for the clients to forget the real estate investment trusts(I think that is the correct name) that Pru put together and sold to their clients. BIG BIG losses. I saw a letter that he had received from a client, saying the client was still very unhappy about the big losses he had from the trusts. He was still with Pru only because of the good service he was getting from the son. The book, "Serpent on the Rock" will help you decide on doing business with Pru.

Yes JGoren,

They have less credibility than the others, that is why you really can't include them, they sell their souls and can be used.
