the seasonals in crude, have turned down and it is following suit....

Crude also retraced 50% from the Iraqi War highs of 1990, when we were just over $40 a barrel to the Feb 1999 lows of
$10 and change.

that is a powerful retracement magnet and we should be seeing sub 20 crude this winter, we should be seeing 16-17$ crude before a new meaningful leg to the upside occurs.

Among other things there is talk of OPEC reconsidering their output - like increasing it. Sooooo .... even if they don't do it formally they will probably cheat big time from here on out.
