Do you think that the supposed merger talks are only a façade to keep the creditors and others at bay?

How do you read the future of GOFR?

Can you amplify on the pending lawsuits?

Good question. It is my understanding that all golf-related assets are being liquidated and the proceeds are being used to negotiate liabilities. The objective is for GOFR to be clean before the new company "moves in."
