Dear Howard and all: I have to tell you, I dont wanna be taken over. Twist my arm and give me $100 and maybe I will reconsider but to be honest, I dont see a bid any greater than 45 (those Germans have short arms you know-haha) and at that price, I would rather take my chances going it alone.
