Nobody said that they cancelled Clik! drives for digital cameras and mobile computers.

What they said was:

"Iomega confirmed it is phasing out its external Clik drive product and will instead refocus on the PC card version of the portable drive for notebooks and digital cameras."

That is the EXACT OPPOSITE of the FUD that you are spreading.

I would be careful about calling for SEC investigations if I were you.
You might get your wish.

Not so dire as bankruptcy, please! There should be some residual value, perhaps a buck a share, in a buyout. As far as the lies, it would be difficult to prove they were intentional. Just the wrong new product, that's all. The key to watch is the insiders' sells, particularly by company officers and their relatives and friends. So far this year, the large blocks have been on the sell side. It is looking ominous, very ominous.
