i'll tell you what's not "fun" - that's wading through post after post about in depth technical arguments about details most have never even heard of. geez, i thought this was silicon INVESTOR, not silicon computer engineering.

Got a proxy in the mail today, one of the questions was to approve the authorized number of shares common stock from 5,400,00,000 to 10,000,000,000. Is this for stock options or stock split? Thanks to whoever can shed some light here.
