Actually, I think he bought 48,100 on 9/28/99 at $4.90, thus upping the size of his holdings to 3,364,697(to be exact). Of course, this is good news. Unfortunately, using the rationale that no insider will dare buy too close to any perceived time-frame wherein a material event might occur, this pretty much shoots October, and maybe the remainder of the year? Soooooo, as far as this equity is concerned, smoke 'em if you like 'em. This stock's not going anywhere until management does their job and puts this company into production mode with announcements of bonifide OEM contracts. Speaking of which.... John~
