If the latest question is used as a contrarian indicator, it would indicate a pretty strong bullish bias. I wonder though when a certain level of sophistication may negate contrary nature of the indication.

FWIW: I think that 1340 is the max target for the remainder of this year.

On Tuesday, the 5th, when the market closed down, I answered the latest poll with a bullish outlook. At that time, the majority was bearish.

The next day, after the dow closed up 187+, the majority was decidedly bullish. I thought about voting again . . . with a different answer.<g>

When do you close the poll?

Would be interesting to see it again if/when the dow has another good down day. <G>
