You may be right about that but then YHOO and AMZN aren't stocks I would have ever considered shorting. I am mostly referring to small companies whose technologies, products, and management are suspect. In other words, stocks that are potentially "scam stocks". YHOO and AMZN may have been (and maybe still are) grossly overvalued but nobody in their right mind would ever accuse them of being scams.
