Mary,

The SEC said right off that changing names or symbols would not shift the due date on meeting the requirements for any company. For JNNE the name change reflects the company's new business direction and to shift incorporation to Delaware. Most of the big NYSE and NASDAQ companies are incorporated in Delaware. Most BBs are incorporated in Colorado. Bye-Bye Colorado!!!!!!
