I personally doubt that he ever had access to these films. The production of training materials is a very different function than the preparation and evaluation of Intelligence-related footage. Someone with the training and expertise necessary for the latter function would not be wasted on the former. I have seen no evidence that RR ever handled Intelligence-related footage, except the anecdote that Zoltan cited, which I can't imagine believing without any hard evidence to support it. The tale generally told is that he was involved in the production of training films, and that his role was laying in voice tracks. Very few actors know anything about any reproductive equipment beyond their own crotches. I have some experience of actors, believe me on this one.
