"It's the corrupt, criminal Congress that is to be blamed for India being in a mess".

Well, if it were as simple as that, you should see a palpable difference in the way things are run, and things should start turning around in as little as a few years. My contention is -- they won't! And the reason? Why because it's India, man!<g>

And yes, your deep antagonism for BJP+allies stems from this undying loyalty to Congress(I). The fear that BJP may yet be successful!

Why the heck should I be loyal to the Congress(I)? If I talk little about them, it is because I believe their days of being a major, let alone dominant, player in Indian politics are now almost over (now, do you think that anyone who is loyal to the Congress(I) can say that????).

As for the BJP being successful, I think it has only a long-shot chance of doing it, if it can rid itself of its rabid crowd of sadhus, rabble-rousers and sundry goons. If it doesn't, then its chances of being successful are somewhere between negligible and non-existent -- and closer to the latter than to the former.
