Don't discount the weather Sarasota in February. Its a tad nicer than NYC.

I think we should have it in Atlanta and see if we can get All Tech to host it! Maybe even bring our hand guns <vbg>. NYC is the best place in the country to visit. You could have a weekend conference at the World Trade Center Marriot for very cheap (the financial district clears out over the weekend and $700 per night rooms are about $125. Every subway in the city comes into the WTC.
