If there is no hope for the common stockholder (current ones) then current management has no economic reason to spend another cent to maintain any semblance of stockholder relations. The spread will now get ugly and this probably will drift into oblivion by yearend. The company does't appear to be in any hurry nor do any potential buyers seem to be motivated in light of no financial statements and no apparent attempt to create them. Why is that? Is it that screwed up? Do they have IRS liabilities as well? no wonder the bonds are offered at less than a CENT on the $.
