David,
A rule of thumb that I have followed successfully for years has been to buy on strength, sell on weakness. Looking through the list for the 'apparently' cheap stocks I think is a mistake.
My first GTR stock was QCOM; I bought it after the stock doubled in a three week period earlier this year. The stock is up over 150% since then.
In the short term, GBLX ( 15% of my portfolio) will prove to be a winner. Don't overlook QCOM,JDSU,CNXT and others just because of the high price for entry. These companies have great future potential.
Good luck investing!
