Is it Oil or NG price stupid?

Or will it be Oil Boom 2000 or NG Boom 2000?

Please help me out which OS will benefit from the NG boom.
BH reports rig count of 599 for gas vs 141 for oil.
In the last boom, the first count of rigs for gas above 599 happened on 09/05/97: 625 rigs for gas vs. 404 rigs for oil.
The last count was on 6/12/98: 599 rigs for gas vs. 267 rigs for oil.

During that last boom period rigs for gas averaged ~600 vs rigs for oil ~350.

Now, rigs for gas is catching 600 whereas rigs for oil is stalled below 150.

I listened to enough number of E&P (from micro to large cap) enjoying the NG boom.
OK. Please tell me which OS (micro or large cap) will benefit from the NG boom.
TIA.
