Log into the techstocks.com page, page down to the bottom, find the link for SI classic (members only), log in and do your thing. Then reset your brouser home to the classic start page, or to the page like DAR you want to start with. Good browsing!

I think it was a temporary thing. I tried after dinner and it was giving Internal Server Errors. Whatever it was forced me to use the new interface. I kept trying my bookmarks into the "Real SI" from time to time and a while ago - Bingo. I agree that there is little to recommend the new interface. As for slow . . . to get an idea of the differences in complexities between the two, just do a View Source of any post. The new interface pages are coded with at least three times as much garbage as the "classic". When there is three times as much to transmit, you can bet it won't be faster - ever.
