Mobitel Ltd. has made an initial purchase of a six thousand-line integrated wireless access solution, comprising the Aditus WLL system and Aditus switching platform SI2000, for deployment starting in January 2000. The Aditus WLL system features the company's A-CDMA technology and is integrated using digital V5.2 interface with Adicom's Aditus switching platform SI2000. The integrated wireless access network will be interfaced to the Nigerian PSTN utilizing country-specific SS7 protocol.
