< looking into DEVC> Before I get into the Karachi Chronicles, I took a look at DEVC. Interesting Ken. The spike up on Friday does not have enough volume to conclude that there is a pump and dump going on, but there were no large block trades...so it wasn't institutinal buying. It's just small buyers getting in. The volume picked up on Thurs. and continued through Friday. Looks like something positive is going on. Perhaps the option to pick up the Carribean cement facilities is coming through. Could be just small investors waging a bet that the sale goes through. The stock is selling cheap relative to book value, making the risk tolerable. Did you come up with anything else? Sergio
