Bill--Myself I really like Eddie.
One of my favorite resources. I think if you were to be really honest about it he is better at finding a good short than just about anyone you know including yourself. Just because he has a little quirk about playing the long side of them doesn't reduce his value to the discerning.
All the Best

Wanna know what REALLY has me wondering about the average investor?

You would think with all this knowledge at peoples fingertips, that folks would finally understand that you MUST be perfectly balanced and learn how to be on both sides of the trade, long/short..

Its amazing how over the last year the anger and hatred for short sellers has reached levels I havnt seen since my early days on s/i.. you remember- the old 'call in your certificates! and cause a squeeze'.. etc etc

really amazing.. its almost funny, if it wasnt so sad! Half these clowns wont be here in a year to waste your time Bill, so just enjoy the comic relief.

.. I did another of your longs yeterday. MEDQ at 33 1/8- This is about the safest calculated bet I have ever seen.. Thank you for the tip sir and enjoy the weekend..

I think this is the link Eddie meant to post. Even if not, still highly recommended reading for those interested in glimpsing a truly tortured soul:

The GUMM stock fraud:

I am not sure if today's bogus news is the climax to the pump and dump - however, the volume certainly does indicate distribution. I am downgrading the stock from a stock promotion fraud to criminal fraud due to the suspicious trading activity in the days prior to this "big announcement". May increase short position significantly if the stock can hit 18, but hang on for now.
