Srini--that's the problem (though temporary). This company
has an E in its PE. Net income was $5.3M on operating income
of $9.5M in 1998. They have a track record to rely on.

I pulled this from the 9/16/99 S-1/A:

"We operate the largest unaffiliated SS7 network in the
U.S. since 1990; and in the telecom database service since
1981."

I have no problem holding on to this one.

Roger Moore, CEO, gave an upbeat interview on CNBC at about
11:40ET today if you are wondering why the stock gapped up
at roughly that time.

I'm looking forward to a great future with this co. With
more and more "packet based" information on the WWW, ILUM
will benefit. The CLEC/Regional Bell combo will also
boost revenue. As the CLEC's grow, so will ILUM.
